Product Lead

Driving product design and roadmap development, the full-time remote Product Lead will manage multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring product outcomes align with business objectives in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities Oversee product design and delivery of enterprise solutions, driving product initiatives with minimal oversight Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to provide clear context and direction for product outcomes Manage and execute 2-4 concurrent assignments, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare benefits or TPA environments College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven ability to lead multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Self-directed with the ability to work effectively with clients, brokers, and varying levels of staff
