Seeking BE/BC General Surgeon to join team near Pittsburgh, PA.
- Fully staffed, established practice with a full complement of primary care and specialty providers
- Penn Highlands Elk is a 25 bed, critical access hospital
- 4 OR s
- Minimal call that is based on post-op admissions
- Must do scopes
- Employed position. Join our Physician Led Organization of over 200 providers.
Compensation and Incentives:
- $526k base salary + uncapped WRVU incentives
- 25k sign-on
- 10k relocation
- 75k Educational Loan Assistance
- Great medical, dental, and vision package
- 430b retirement with 2% match
- 5k + 40 hours annually for CME
- 25 days of PTO
- Malpractice & Tail coverage
