Center Administrator Assistant

Job Functions Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc. Create productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator Participates in marketing events. Oversees completion of special projects and cascades to staff. Complies with company policy and procedures. Responsible for submitting timesheets for payroll and forms for HR. Responsible for answering phones, maintaining logs, daily reporting and scheduling meetings. Reviews center statistics and maintain goals. Responsible for opening and closing the center. Daily work of reports in Data hub for EDAPS and HEDIS, helps manage employees, assisting and learning the Administrator's role. Required Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Progressive experience in managed care contracting and/or provider relations. Excellent customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail. Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Able to effectively communicate with leadership and staff. Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Associate's degree. Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with the EMR System, Athena. Schedule & Compensation Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $58,700 - $68,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
