Shifts:  Day and Night Nurse Supervisor needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline.
• Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to help with a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year 
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting 
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience (within the past 5 years in an inpatient setting.
• Previous leadership role where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction and having accountability for patients and staff results
• Compensation Range: $35.02 - $62.26 per hour DOE

Pay Details: $35.00 to $62.00 per hour
