PURPOSE / SCOPE OF POSITION Evaluate and treat physical therapy patients in accordance with physician referrals and the established Plan of Care. Promote patient participation in therapeutic activities to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance in the least restrictive environment. Provide quality education and instruction to ensure safe and effective delivery of rehabilitation services. Ensure all physical therapy services support Integrity Rehab’s mission and comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Open to or experienced in Pelvic Floor Therapy (preferred but not required). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Exercise appropriate authority, responsibility, and accountability in carrying out assigned duties. Report directly to the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills in the practice of physical therapy. Implement the established plan of care as directed by the Physical Therapist. Evaluate and document the effectiveness of patient treatment plans. Adhere to Integrity Rehab’s policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
