AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Westminster, CO community. This role includes various responsibilities from completing resident repairs to turning apartments for new residents. We offer attractive compensation, including a pay rate of $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses, and a 50% rent discount at any AIR Community.
