Bankruptcy Paralegal

Our client, an elite AmLaw Firm, is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to support its growing practice. You will work closely with attorneys on cases from inception through final resolution. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office and 2 days from home (after onboarding period).

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and filing pleadings and motions in federal bankruptcy courts;
• Assisting with case management and docket tracking;
• Organizing case files and maintaining documentation;
• Conducting legal research;
• Drafting correspondence, discovery materials, and court submissions;
• Interface with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a dedicated focus on bankruptcy law.
• Deep knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy procedures and rules.
• High proficiency with modern legal research platforms and case management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
