Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Description

Senior Individual Contributor (15+ years) building a greenfield/early-stage platform.

• Fully hands-on engineering role (heavy coding expected).
• Working in a global distributed team (US, India, Eastern Europe).
• Remote role (occasional in-person meetups possible, not mandatory).

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (non-negotiable).
• Microsoft Stack:
  • .NET / C# (backend).
  • Angular (frontend – full stack capability required).
• Azure Cloud:
  • Architecture, service selection, deployment.
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, messaging (Service Bus/queues).
• DevOps & Deployment:
  • GitHub, GitHub Actions.
  • Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work end-to-end:
  • Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Deployment.
• AI Expectation (Critical Differentiator):
  • Candidates must have a strong “AI story.”
  • Should actively use AI in development (not theoretical):
    • Tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
    • Concepts like Agents, RAG, prompts, context handling.
    • Built or integrated AI-driven features.
    • Worked with agent frameworks / orchestration.
  • Not looking for pure “prompt engineers.”
  • Looking for engineers who embed AI into real development workflows.
