DutiesHelpGreet patients to verify nature of the visit and/or refer to appropriate personnel.Maintain appointment system to assist in scheduling various types of appointments.Receive phone calls to provide general hospital information.Resolve complaints of a local administrative nature and refers other complaints to the appropriate authorities.Assist patients with completion all necessary forms prior to being seen by the provider.Maintain and monitor patient appointment schedules for the clinic/practice.Complete end of day processing.Respond to emergency calls and notifies emergency medical personnel.In-process and out-process patients, families/caregivers and guests.
