About the Organization Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). We currently manage more than 40 physician-owned vascular access centers where we provide physician practices with financial and outcomes reporting, staffing and training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. Position: Licensed Practical Nurse At Lifeline Vascular Care, we provide the highest quality, most comprehensive and up-to-date care for our patients. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse for immediate placement in our Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in general diagnostic and special procedures, cardiac catheterization; experience in IR and Cath Lab is a plus. The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform patient care activities under the supervision of an RN and/or physician. Gather pre‑treatment patient data, monitor patient and medications during procedures, maintain prescription drug logs, and provide assistance to the clinical team during pre‑ and post‑procedure activities. This is a challenging, fast‑pace job with Monday to Friday schedule, no nights and weekend shifts. Access Center hours Monday‑Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our employees enjoy a great work/life balance and a highly supportive team environment. Responsibilities and Duties Assist in procedure room preparation; maintain sterile techniques in the procedure room; assist with pre‑ and post‑procedures including assessment of discharge. Provide ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures to deliver vascular access care to the patient including but not limited to cardiac monitoring, Aldrete score, pain status. May monitor patient vitals (HR, BP, O₂Sat, EKG) during procedures (as allowed per state license). Assist in recovery room patient care following vascular access procedures. Gather patient clinical information prior to procedures including patient assessments and patient history. Serve as surgical technologist during procedures as necessary. Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post‑care as directed by Center Manager. Participate in access center community education programs. Position Requirements Current LPN license. State required certifications. 2 years clinical experience in dialysis, critical care or medical/surgical. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Licensed Practical Nurse: 2 years (Preferred). Scrub: 1 year (Preferred).
