SharePoint Developer - Remote

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a SharePoint Developer III with a Major Pharmaceutical Company. This is a contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.This role will support the development and expansion of enterprise AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. The primary focus will be the hands-on development of AI agents, integrations, and business applications that improve employee productivity and automate business processes. The engineer will partner with Global Communications and Policy organizations to deliver innovative AI and digital workplace solutions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions and applicationsBuild SPFx web parts, extensions, forms, and reusable componentsDevelop and support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps integrationsConfigure and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, metadata, content types, and governance structuresCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsImplement and support document management, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing capabilitiesIntegrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve platform, application, and integration issuesProduce technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guidesEnsure solutions align with security, compliance, accessibility, and governance standardsSupport platform modernization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of SharePoint development experience, with at least 5 years focused on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365At least 3-4 years of experience in Power Platform with DataverseProven experience delivering enterprise intranet, collaboration, content management, and document management solutionsHands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Fluent UI, HTML5, and CSS3Experience developing custom web parts, extensions, and reusable componentsExperience with SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, and PnP FrameworkExperience building business process automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps (Canvas + Model driven)Experience with Azure DevOps, Github, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDesired skills:Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure certificationsExperience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or serverless technologiesUnderstanding of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled Microsoft 365 capabilitiesExperience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciencesExperience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 servicesPay range:up to $55.15 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.Aptask Global Workforce (AGW)ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is a certified Minority and Veteran workforce solutions company.
