Rec Hall | St. Charles, MO

We are seeking a dependable Game Operator to engage with guests, manage VR technology, and assist with guest service duties in our fast-paced entertainment venue. Key Responsibilities
- Zero Latency Operations
- Welcome guests and explain the Zero Latency experience.
- Check guests in for their scheduled VR sessions.
- Assist guests with setting up VR equipment and provide game instructions.
- Operate and monitor the Zero Latency system during gameplay.
- Start and reset games between groups and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
- Ensure the Zero Latency area is clean and organized for incoming guests.
- Enforce safety rules and provide an engaging guest experience.
- Communicate any technical issues to management promptly.
- Busser / Guest Service
- Clear tables and dispose of empty glasses, dishes, and trash.
- Wipe down and reset tables for new guests.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
- Assist bartenders and other staff as needed.
- Restock supplies and help with cleaning duties during opening and closing shifts.
- Contribute to a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and operating technology.
- Able to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
- Team player who is proactive during busier periods.
- Able to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and busy event nights.
