This position ensures a total learning environment is maintained. Additionally, this role serves as a liaison between children, parents, and the center's leadership team. In addition, this position supports the development and implementation of educational programs. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the learning center through active participation in team efforts. SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000 Shift Full-Time Days 9am - 530pm COMPLIMENTARY CARE FOR ONE CHILD/INCREASED PAY RATES* Responsibilities Maintains standards as outlined by state health department licensing. Models exemplary behavior and professionalism in all tasks. Works positively and timely as a team to enhance the experience of children, families, and staff. Is attentive and sensitive to the needs of staff, children, families, and the childcare center. Informs proper associates of changes in adult/child ratios to ensure appropriate staffing.
