The ESOP is a fantastic benefit because employee-owners contribute no personal funds to the plan.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Warehouse Operator, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to working with automotive parts and accessories, assisting in the warehouse stocking shelves, and performing essential clerical duties related to the warehouse.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Load and unload products from company delivery vehicles and accurately confirm & receive inbound shipments and returned goods.• Collect COD and credit card payments from active accounts and customers.• Stock shelves, receive goods, verify inventory, and accurately record data via scanner and/or manually.• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS• Ability to operate a smartphone for customer payment collection and timekeeping tasks.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software, including inventory database programs.• Strong knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.• Excellent active listening skills.• Strong organizational and time management abilitiesEDUCATION• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. If back-up driving responsibilities are added to your role, you will be notified in advance and provided with information regarding the additional duties and requirements.Prior to assuming any driving responsibilities, you will be required to provide authorization for the Company to obtain and review your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and to meet all applicable Company driver eligibility requirements.Assignment of back-up driver responsibilities will not occur until the required review and approval process is complete.Team Allied reserves the right to modify this job description at any time based on business needs. $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly
