We’re looking for experienced commercial real estate agents who have actually closed deals. Minimum 2 years experience in CRE or equivalence experience. At Elevate Crest Properties, we do more than brokerage. We handle brokerage, construction, and development, which means our agents can take a deal from sourcing all the way through execution. If you’ve ever lost a deal because your client didn’t have the right team to build, permit, or complete the project, that’s exactly what we solve. We’re actively working across retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality. What matters to us: You have real transaction experience You can source and close deals You don’t need to be micromanaged What you get: A platform that helps you win and execute deals Support with deal flow and project execution Access to a full-service team under one roof Pay: Commission based with no cap Experienced agents typically earn between $100,000 and $200,000 plus depending on production. Required Skills and Experience: Proven ability to generate leads through cold outreach (calls, emails, networking, and in-person prospecting) Strong Communication skills- both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and present professionally to clients Self‑motivated with a high level of discipline and consistency in daily prospecting activities Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and follow‑ups Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and general digital tools.
