Operations Specialist

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL . This is a hybrid, contract position.

SALARY: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Ability to accurately data entry and verify information
• Strong operational support skills with experience in a corporate environment
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Support understanding of compliance and procedural standards

• Prior experience in operations support within a corporate environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry into company systems and ensure information accuracy
• Follow established operational processes and adjust settings as needed
• Use office software for formatting routine reports and documents
• Maintain files and records in compliance with standards
• Communicate courteously to ensure a positive experience for internal clients
• Confirm compliance with internal and external standards
• Support data management tasks as directed
• Follow mandated procedures to meet quality and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain technical and procedural skills through ongoing training
