Apply today to experience the IMTeam difference!Position DetailsThe Senior Community Manager (Property Manager) assumes full responsibility for the overall operations of the community, including team leadership, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires an experienced property management professional with strong leadership skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to successfully manage a large, high-volume apartment community.Responsibilities:Lead your team of leasing and service associatesDrive financial results to meet IMT's income and expense goalsLead sales with continuous involvement in the leasing process including leasing apartment homes yourself, renewing leases, developing your team's skills, marketing your community, and monitoring market conditionsPartner with your Service Manager to ensure property site conditions are in good working order with excellent curb appealMaintain an open door policy with residents to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationshipsAdhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, and IMT's policies and proceduresPerform bookkeeping and financial tasks including rent collection, delinquency, move-out statements, and financial and variance reportsAdditional projects and/or duties as assigned by Regional ManagerPlease apply if you have:Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication5+ years of multi-family housing management experienceExperience managing apartment communities with 500+ units is strongly preferred, experience managing communities with 750+ units is a plusStrong knowledge of property bookkeeping, budgets, and financial reportingProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing leasing and service teamsExceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environmentThe ability to work independently and make sound business decisionsA positive attitude and the desire to learn and develop your skillsComputer skills, including experience with property management software and the ability to open and close service ticketsCollege education preferredARM or CAM designation preferredActive and valid driver's license requiredConsistent with our company values, IMT Residential is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment.We provide equal opportunities to all IMT associates and applicants for all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting, hiring, placement, compensation, training, transfer, promotion, leave of absence, termination, layoff, and recall.
