Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer | Location: Pawtucket, RI | Contract | Hourly Pay Range: $50-$70

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of enterprise digital experiences across Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, web platforms, and AI-powered interactions. This role involves translating complex business workflows into intuitive, scalable user journeys that enhance usability and product adoption within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to gather, shape, and validate user requirements for Dynamics CRM workflows and related applications.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns that prioritize clarity and decision-making efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, Engineering, and Architecture to define scalable workflows and user journeys.
• Design map-based and geospatial interfaces leveraging Azure Maps, including visualizations such as markers, overlays, and routing.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and enterprise UX principles.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or CRM-style application design.
• Proven experience designing data-heavy forms, grids, and complex business workflows.
• Experience designing map-based or geospatial interfaces, including data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modern UX research and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with designing within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, Dataverse, or the Power Platform is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 implementations or modernization projects.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products and internal business applications.
• Knowledge of Azure-based applications and enterprise system integrations.
• Background in travel, hospitality, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
