Warehouse Associate

Location: Orchard Park, NY Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position that offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement as our company continues to expand and transition into a new facility. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for daily shipping and receiving activities, maintaining warehouse organization, inventory control, warehouse cleanliness, and coordinating and completing deliveries throughout Western New York and Pennsylvania. Essential Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities. Organize and stock warehouse materials and equipment. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-maintained. Make local deliveries using a company stake truck as needed. Assist customers with parts pickups and basic customer service inquiries. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Support warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move materials safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Training & Development The selected candidate will be required to become forklift certified after hire. While this is an entry-level position, we are seeking someone who is interested in long-term growth and development within the company. As we transition into a larger facility and continue to expand operations, additional opportunities will become available in warehouse management, inventory management, logistics coordination, and other operational roles. We are looking for an individual who wants to grow with the company and contribute to our future success. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required.
