Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12 - 24+ months (High Possibility of Further Extensions) Responsibilities This position will work closely with the third-party vendor, program staff, and business analyst to develop and execute test plans for application upgrades, application software releases, and interface changes. Work with the third-party vendor to develop new / update existing and maintain all documents related to data systems and support User Acceptance Testing. Work closely with the Software Manager and Business Analyst on active/pending projects, primarily the system updates, including software releases. Test data scripts and assist the program area with performing User Acceptance Testing of the vendor supplied solution. Skills Needed 84 Months experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies. 84 Months experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track, and resolve problems. 84 Months experience in Functional Testing using functional testing tools. 72 Months experience as a Test/QA Lead. Experience must detail team leadership, working with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts, using Test/QA best practices. 48 Months experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. 36 Months experience with Performance and stress testing using performance testing software. 36 Months experience with planning and implementing automated, data exchange between internal and external systems. 36 Months experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to mitigate test cases from manual testing to automation. 24 Months experience testing insurance claiming or case management applications.
