Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and recommend tailored real estate solutions

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process from consultation to closing

• Manage leads, appointments, communication, and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales strategies

• Convert qualified opportunities into clients and closed transactions

• Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)

• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers

• Negotiate offers and contracts while advocating for clients’ goals

• Manage transaction timelines, client communications, and daily sales activities

• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Develop new business opportunities and expand your professional network

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings to strengthen your skills and production

Qualifications:

We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Sales Agent ready to grow their business, increase their earning potential, and build a successful long-term career.

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
• Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous growth
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
