Food and Beverage Manager

Lead Three Distinct Hospitality Brands. Build the Team. Drive the Results. We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee food and beverage operations across three established restaurant and hospitality properties in New Hampshire's White Mountains: Stonehurst Manor – Home of The Wild Rose Restaurant & Library Lounge Snowvillage Inn – Home of Max's Restaurant & Pub Red Parka Pub – A North Conway institution Collectively, these venues serve thousands of guests annually through restaurants, bars, weddings, banquets, special events, and lodging operations. This is not a desk job. We are looking for a hands‑on operator who can lead teams, develop managers, improve systems, drive profitability, and create exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be empowered to make decisions and held accountable for results. What You’ll Be Responsible For Operational Leadership Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all three properties. Ensure consistent service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Develop and implement systems that improve execution, accountability, and efficiency. Maintain a visible presence in restaurants, bars, and events. Financial Performance Manage departmental budgets and profitability. Drive revenue growth while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary. Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Team Development Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and front‑line staff. Build a culture of accountability, urgency, professionalism, and hospitality. Conduct performance reviews and succession planning. Create clear expectations and measurable performance standards. Food & Beverage Programs Partner with culinary leadership on menu development, pricing, and product strategy. Oversee beverage programs, purchasing, inventory controls, and vendor relationships. Ensure consistency and quality across all outlets. Develop initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and profitability. Weddings, Events & Banquets Support execution of weddings, banquets, and special events across the portfolio. Ensure seamless coordination between culinary, service, and event teams. Maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
