Eastern Region States Thrive Pet Healthcare’s Eastern Region includes the following States: Connecticut Florida Georgia Maryland Massachusetts New Hampshire New Jersey New York Pennsylvania Rhode Island South Carolina Tennessee Virginia Position Requirements All Relief Veterinarian positions require the following minimum qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree. State Veterinary Board License: Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
