Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Flexible Schedule, Chose your own Schedule, Immediate Openings

Guardian Angel Senior Services is now hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home care for seniors.

If you are looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference while maintaining control of your schedule, this is an excellent opportunity. Whether you have experience or are new to caregiving, we provide training for the right candidates.

Position Overview

As a Caregiver/PCA, you will support clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.

Hours Available:

Full Time
Part Time
Evenings
Overnights
Weekends

Key Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
Provide medication reminders
Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
Maintain a safe and clean home environment

Qualifications

Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to read, write, and speak English

No prior experience required. Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment to care.
