Integrate digital, print, advertising, PR, direct marketing, and social media into cohesive campaigns. Provide leadership to a team of eight professionals, ensuring work aligns with priorities, deadlines, and budgets. Mentor, coach, and support team members' career growth. Collaborate with service line leaders to translate goals into effective marketing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations. Adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Ensure consistency across messaging and creative assets. Uphold Salem Health’s brand promise and visual identity guidelines. Monitor market trends and competitive activity. Serve as a Public Information Officer (PIO) on a rotational basis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising (preferred). Minimum of five years in marketing or public relations, healthcare experience preferred. At least two years of people management experience.
