Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, with a focus on Routine Care and Orthopedic patients
• Float between two campuses as needed, with a designated primary campus location
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions throughout the night shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to dress code requirements; navy scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
• Minimum of 24 months PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona to qualify

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in multi-campus or float environments
• Familiarity with Routine Care and Orthopedic patient populations
