Wide Format Print & Cnc Production Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Production Lead to run daily operations at our Kansas City manufacturing location. This role is ideal for someone who knows large format print production inside and out printing, cutting, finishing, and assembly.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and running equipment, ensuring quality, managing materials, and organizing work so it's completed accurately and on schedule. This is not a desk job this is a working lead role for someone who likes building great products and keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Operate large-format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment
• Execute daily production schedules and priorities
• Perform quality checks on all finished work
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
• Manage materials, inventory, and ordering
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate job status and production needs clearly
• Support and guide 12 production team members

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on production or print experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Experience maintaining production equipment
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills
