AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Role Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day and deliver an amazing shopping experience to every guest. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they are looking for with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting products. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist teammates to get the job done. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Full of energy and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Loves AE and Aerie products. Has prior retail experience. At least 16 years of age. Benefits Work with real people and a supportive team.
