About the job Head of Product Management
Job Summary
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for critical T&D Automation and Control software solutions (e.g., SCADA, DERMS, and related technologies).
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technical product management function for the entire portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment across all product lines.
- Maintain strategic alignment between product strategies, market trends, regulatory compliance, and evolving customer demands.
- Drive innovation and successful product execution in collaboration with engineering teams and technical sales.
- Experience: Minimum of 18+ years of professional experience, with a significant track record in Technical Product Management leadership.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of and experience within the Power & Energy industry, specifically related to Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Automation and Control Software .
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical product managers at an executive level.
