About the job Seeking a professional with proven experience to support the landscape design and sales operations. This role blends creative landscape design expertise with client-facing sales and project coordination. - 5+ years of professional landscape design and sales experience, a degree in Landscape Architecture, or a combination of both.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous landscape design work is required and must be available upon request or submitted with application.
- Highly proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and SketchUp
- Proven ability to present design concepts and proposals to Commercial & Residential clients and close sales.
- Ability to design within established budgets while maintaining profitability and project value.
- Working knowledge of regional plant materials, site conditions, and applicable codes or regulations.
- In-depth understanding of landscape design, construction, and installation best practices.
- Experience producing clear construction documentation for installation teams.
- Bilingual: Spanish/English is a bonus
- Valid Driver's License with a clear record.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals. Develop design-build concepts and quotes that align with both client needs and company profitability.
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are buildable, efficient, and executed as intended.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
- Monitor project progress throughout installation to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and client expectations.
- Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups to support consistent sales performance.
