RN-Registered Nurse // ED - Emergency Department, Trauma ER - Emergency Room $45 - $50/hour ($1,080.0 - $1,200 weekly base pay) Onsite Contract, Starts 7/27/2026, Duration 13 weeks Night Shift: 12 hours/day, 2 nights/week (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Location & Facility Details Oshkosh, WI Level III Trauma Center Level III NICU Primary Stroke Center Hospital Beds: 72 COVID Vaccine required Unit Overview (ED) Unit Beds: 22 Patient Population: Peds to Geriatric (mostly geriatric) Common Cases: Chest pain, abdominal pain, falls Peds Experience: Preferred, not required First-Time Travelers: Accepted Experience & Patient Ratios ED RN: 2+ years ER experience, Ratio 1:3–4 MS RN: 2+ years Med-Surg (ER holds only, no ICU patients), Ratio 1:5 Certifications ED RN: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (CPI/MOAB, ENPC preferred) MS RN: BLS, ACLS Required Skills ED RN: IV starts, blood cultures, chest tubes, triage, code blue (Preferred: art lines, critical care, central lines, thoracentesis, charge experience) MS RN: Tracheostomy care, chest tubes, medication administration, wound care Support Staff Charge Nurse (may take patients) Paramedic (mid-shift) 24/7 Hospitalist & Respiratory Therapist Mid-level coverage: 08:00–24:00 Phlebotomy support for difficult draws 2 Techs + 1 Unit Clerk Systems & Equipment EPIC (required) Alaris, Pyxis Belmont rapid infuser (preferred for ED RN) Floating ED RN: No floating MS RN: Float to MS units (first to float) Scheduling Shift: 12‑hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Hours: 24 hrs/week Weekend: Every other (ED) On-call: None (low census cancellation applies) Holidays: As needed Other Details Orientation: Minimum 1 shift Time‑off: Up to 7 days Scrubs: Any color (no denim/camo/logos) Parking: Free TalentBurst is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
