Qualifications

• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ARRT (R) or CCI (RCIS)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment RCT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations Structural heart scrub experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with scrubbing, monitoring, PA lines, and telemetry is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with TAVR, balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, rotablader, and IABP placement/removal is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
