Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is a locally owned in-home senior care agency serving the Holly Springs, Apex, Clayton, Garner, and Fuquay-Varina communities. We're looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to conduct in-home client assessments on a fully flexible, as-needed basis. No shift commitments. No ongoing case management. No surprises. When we need an assessment, we reach out. You decide if the timing works. What this looks like in practice: Travel to a client's home and complete a comprehensive nursing assessment Develop an individualized plan of care based on your findings Complete documentation and communicate findings to our care team That's it — no follow-up case load, no on‑call obligations What you'll earn: $33–$38/hr based on experience W-2 employment — not 1099 Flexible scheduling entirely around your availability This role is a natural fit for: A retired or semi‑retired RN who wants to stay connected to practice without the full-time commitment An RN currently working full time with availability between shifts or on off days Anyone who values clinical autonomy and wants work that fits around their life What we're looking for: Current RN licensure in North Carolina Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Home care, geriatric, or community health experience preferred — but not required Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality Current TB test required You've spent years developing your clinical skills.
