NHC HealthCare Oakwood is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager RN . This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit supports nursing partners and helps ensure high-quality coordinated care for patients and residents.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.

• Review changes in condition and help ensure timely clinical follow-up.

• Coach support and provide direction to nursing partners on the unit.

• Monitor documentation medication and treatment practices and compliance with nursing standards.

• Collaborate with physicians nursing leadership interdisciplinary team members patients residents and families.

• Support staffing workflow quality improvement infection prevention and survey readiness activities.

• Promote a culture of compassionate care teamwork accountability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Previous long-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation or nursing leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong clinical leadership communication and organizational skills.
