Oracle Health Government Services Communications Manager

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join our mission-driven organization. The Communications Manager will drive communication strategies within our dynamic, purpose-driven organization.

In this role, you'll lead a team to design and execute communication initiatives for federal healthcare programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client partners. Your expertise in communications, knowledge of the federal government, and an understanding of healthcare environments will be key to your success.

Responsibilities include owning communications planning and execution, partnering with leadership and stakeholders, creating and overseeing high-quality content production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency, managing channels and platforms, using research and insights to refine strategy, measuring and reporting impact, driving project delivery, leading and developing the team, and continuously improving.

Top skills or competencies to be successful include exceptional writing and strategic thinking skills, ability to distill complex topics into clear, accessible messaging, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, strong verbal communication abilities, problem solving, ability to think outside the box, collaborative team player, strong leader who can teach communications, demonstrated experience related to personnel management, and demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Expectations include willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations, working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies, and performing other responsibilities as assigned.

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required) include a Bachelor's plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant communications experience and management experience, demonstrated experience in leading teams implementing technology products or government programs, previous Federal government experience preferred, required travel up to 20%, legal authorization to work in the United States, and U.S. citizenship with appropriate government security clearance.
