Position: Shift Manager at a McDonald’s franchisee‑owned restaurant. This restaurant is independently owned and operated; the franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Key responsibilities include: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage.
