Summary Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor at an outlet store, supporting sales and maintaining a well-presented shopping environment. Assist customers with product selection, process transactions, and help maintain inventory flow to drive sales and meet daily objectives. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, delivering high-quality service and product knowledge. Operate point-of-sale system and accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges. Maintain visual presentation and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in stock areas. Participate in receiving, pricing, and organizing inventory as directed. Support loss prevention and store safety procedures. Requirements 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
