Production Profit Sharing: Earn a cut of every crew-hour dollar produced above our efficiency threshold—speed + quality = higher pay! Total Pay Potential: $18.50 – $24.00+ / hour (Base hourly rate + Production Profit Sharing). What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Support the Crew: Work alongside your Crew Lead to execute commercial and residential routes at a high-performance pace. Drive Efficiency: Use the Aspire Mobile App to track your progress and help your crew stay under estimated hours to maximize your weekly bonus. Maintain Quality: Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to our high standards; callbacks or damage will disqualify the crew bonus for that site. Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform daily maintenance on commercial zero‑turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Team Mindset: Follow directions from the Crew Lead and participate in safety meetings and training programs. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Prior professional lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required. Efficiency-Minded: Someone who understands that "speed + quality = higher pay" and hates wasting time. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions. Valid driver’s license is preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive "team-first" attitude.
