Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week outpatient assignment.
• 40 hours per week.
• Monday 7:00am-5:00pm.
• Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm.
• Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm.
• Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm.
• Friday 7:00am-12:00pm.
• Exact schedule to be determined based on patient access needs.

Virginia Beach offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay, with the Virginia Beach Boardwalk stretching 3 miles and First Landing State Park located about 15 minutes from the oceanfront. The city includes the ViBe Creative District near the beachfront and Sandbridge Beach about 20 miles south, offering both urban coastal activity and a quieter shoreline setting. Outdoor options include Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and kayaking around Cape Henry, while Norfolk International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away for regional and national travel. Residents and visitors can also reach Colonial Williamsburg in about 1 hour and Shenandoah National Park in about 3 hours for additional historic and mountain destinations.
