You set the tone at adjuster meetings-arriving early, aligning expectations, and presenting a complete, fact-based picture of the damage. You climb steep, multi‑story roofs, capture precise measurements and photos, and document everything in AccuLynx so nothing gets lost in translation. Throughout the day, you partner closely with your Project Manager, keep appointments on time, and focus on achieving buy‑rate goals for initial and reinspection inspections. By day's end, you've told the story of the damage with clarity, helped a homeowner move forward, and driven results your team can count on.Schedule:M‑F, 8:00 am ‑ 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm.
