Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the client in all aspects of the technology infrastructure deployment project they are assigned to. The Project Manager will serve as the primary lead for the Technology Workplace TBD program, overseeing cross-functional vendor collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of network refreshes, hardware deployments, and site conversions across various client locations. Track workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs Assist in oversight of circuit installations, testing, and turn-ups for broadband and DIA internet circuits Vendor Management Act as liaison between field resources and network engineers Manage deliverables including before/after photos and cabling documentation Maintain clear documentation of site status, open items, and deployment milestones. Participate in intake meetings, sync calls, and deployment coordination sessions Strong knowledge of MS Office suite Proficient time management skills; com or similar product (SmartSheet) Ability to track individual deployments across multiple client locations in a single day Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates 4-8 years' experience in project management in technology and/or infrastructure programs Experience using PC in business environment including MS Office Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus Familiarity with network equipment such as routers, switches, cellular devices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills PMP certification preferred by not required Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. LANGUAGE SKILLS: English Client site Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
