You’ll follow individualized care plans, support residents with daily activities, and work closely with our nursing team to ensure each person receives attentive, dignified care. Your commitment to safety, comfort and respect will be at the heart of everything you do.

What you bring

• A current Michigan CNA license

• A dedication to compassionate, person-centered care

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Experience in long-term care is helpful, but your heart for this work matters most

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time | Night Shift, 12 hour shifts

• Every other weekend rotation

• Pay: $20.40–$22.00/hour , based on licensure
