Risk Manager - West Coast Region

REQUIREMENTS 7-10+ years of commercial P&C brokerage or agency-side risk management experience, with a strong track record of delivering client-facing risk management services. Must be comfortable presenting complex insurance concepts, analyzing loss runs and claims history, reviewing policies, and turning data into actionable recommendations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead client and prospect presentations on loss analytics, coverage gaps, and risk management strategies. Serve as a resource for middle-market and large, complex accounts. Partner with Producers and regional teams on account strategy and client solutions. Train and support Producers in using risk management tools and resources. Collaborate with internal teams on complex account reviews and new business opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS Strong commercial P&C coverage knowledge and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent experience. CIC, CPCU, or other insurance designations preferred. COMPENSATION Competitive base salary based on experience.
