Job Description Immediate Opening $90 per hour, flexible daysA not-for-profit institution seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active New York State License and valid DEA to join an established pain management team, working under the supervision of anesthesiologists, as a part of a large multi-specialty outpatient clinic. Willing to train. 2-5 days per week, 8 hour shift, available Hours: 9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, flexible schedule may be coordinated around current commitments. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review Recommend further treatment options or future appointments if needed Provide referrals to other practitioners when necessary Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families Ensure patient records are kept up to date Requirements and Qualifications Master’s degree Current state license and DEA Understands HIPAA and OSHA regulations Able to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and other nurses Proficient in EHR medical charting system and computer-based data management programs and information systems Company Description We maintain the highest standard of care and regulatory compliance on every clinical service.
