Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Concord, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 24 hours/week | Every other weekend and every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care facility
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system
• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards throughout all shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience in an acute care facility
• Telemetry experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system highly preferred
• Familiarity with acute care workflows and documentation standards
