Some entry-level sales postings ask for five years of experience, which never made much sense to us. What actually matters more: can you hold a real conversation, take direction well, and stay consistent day after day? If the answer is yes, we can teach you everything else including how to sell, how the products work, and how to get licensed if you aren't already.

Our training covers product fundamentals from the ground up, practical conversation frameworks (not rigid scripts), and objection handling based on real scenarios our agents encounter regularly. If you need to get licensed, we'll walk you through that process alongside your sales training so you're not sitting idle waiting to start earning.

You'll work exclusively with warm, inbound leads people who reached out specifically asking about life insurance coverage. There's no cold calling anywhere in this role, at any point.

Pay is uncapped commission, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale. Realistic year-one totals:

• $50,000+ part-time
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time

Both figures reflect genuinely uncapped potential, with performance-based incentives layered on top of standard commission, and pay issued on a daily/weekly basis.
