Technical Support Manager

Technical Support Manager Seeking an experienced operations-focused leader to oversee a small technical support and field service team. This role is more focused on managing people, customer relationships, service delivery, and day-to-day operations with hands‑on troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 3 technicians Manage scheduling, field service coordination, and on‑call coverage Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with vendors and third‑party service providers Oversee inventory, equipment replacements, service agreements, and operational processes Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, service operations, or related environments 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Background in hardware support, field service, printing, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus Ideal backgrounds include Service Operations Management, Technical Support Leadership, Field Service Management, IT Project Coordination, Customer Success Management, or Help Desk Leadership.
