They are seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales department, develop strategies, and drive revenue for their unique product line. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report directly to the CEO and manage sales for all subsidiaries.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for luxury aircraft in the Americas.Cultivate leads, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to drive business growth.Manage sales distribution, set quotas, analyze performance metrics, and establish training programs.Travel to conduct site visits, attend trade shows, and promote the brand.Prepare sales documentation, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor industry trends, generate sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.Minimum 5 years of sales experience with luxury products, B2C sales preferred.Pilot certification required; commercial and tail-wheel endorsements a plus.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and avionics knowledge.Ability to travel and represent the company professionally.Additional languages such as Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese are a plus.Benefits:The Director of Sales position offers a competitive salary up to $90,000, plus commission, with a full benefits package.
