Cardiac Sonographer – Travel Contract

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• Must have both Echo and Vascular experience (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to perform:
  • Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE)
  • Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
  • Stress Echocardiograms
  • Venous reflux studies
  • Venous and arterial Dopplers
  • Carotid Dopplers
  • ABI studies
  • Pericardiocentesis support
  • Thrombin injections
  • Vein mapping
• Must be able to perform Echocardiograms with Definity contrast (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to start own IVs (REQUIRED)
• Must have MediTech EMR experience (REQUIRED)
• Must provide permanent address (facility does not accept local candidates)
• Candidates within 90 miles will not be considered ; 90–150 miles may be reviewed but not guaranteed

Required Certifications:

• ARDMS Certification (Required)
• BLS – American Heart Association (Required)
