Easy Way Psychological Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, acuity, and strengths, facilitating tailored treatment strategies that effectively address their unique symptomology. \n
- Develop comprehensive, family-centered, and culturally attuned treatment plans, offering a variety of outpatient services, including individual and family counseling sessions. \n
- Implement trauma-informed practices consistently throughout your therapeutic interventions to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients. \n
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams within clinical services and service coordination, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up forms, diligently keeping up with program requirements and deadlines. \n
- Manage a designated client caseload, regularly assessing and providing timely crisis intervention as needed to help clients navigate acute issues. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights with colleagues, contributing to a learning-oriented culture. \n
- Perform other duties related to client care and organizational needs as assigned. \n
The clients you will serve include individuals and families from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges. - To apply for this position, you must possess a Master's Degree in a relevant field and hold an active clinical license in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Note that we do not accept licenses requiring supervision. \n
- Applicants must demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and involvement with the program as determined by management. \n
We prefer candidates with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly serving vulnerable populations. Experience with telehealth services is also beneficial, as it aligns with our commitment to providing accessible care.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
