Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, acuity, and strengths, facilitating tailored treatment strategies that effectively address their unique symptomology.

• Develop comprehensive, family-centered, and culturally attuned treatment plans, offering a variety of outpatient services, including individual and family counseling sessions.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams within clinical services and service coordination, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.

• Manage a designated client caseload, regularly assessing and providing timely crisis intervention as needed to help clients navigate acute issues.

Qualifications\n
